More than one conditional?

  • I need two conditionals. Is it possible?

    I have a form that has an option for the user to click on “I’d like to receive offers” checkbox. If the user does check that box, it should then check for another conditional that sends the information to the right list based on location.

    It seems pretty easy if I could add an “AND” conditional.
