With the premium version (not yet purchased) is the following possible.

My client provides a service to employees of different companies. Is it possible to set up a page with a booking form for employees of Company A and another page with another booking form for employees of Company B?

Yes, it’s possible both in lite and premium versions. You need to group services by categories and use shortocdes with the category attribute, i.e. [webba_booking category=”10″]

An answer on a Sunday as well – most unexpected and thank you very much. I’ve not yet tried to use categories and so far can’t see where the shortcode comes from but perhaps that will be obvious when I get further into it.

    Dear Webba,

I give in. I cannot find the shortcode and nobody else seems to have this problem. It must be very obvious but it has me beaten – please help.

OK – I’ve solved it. I’m using the Divi theme and it would not work with that theme in place on that page. So the solution, unless there is an easier way, is to set up a blank page, get the shortcode and then transfer it to the actual required page.

If there is a better way I’d appreciate hearing.

In the current version the only one way is yours (transfer from blank page).

Here is some example of using webba_booking shortocode (in a case you will set the shortcode manually):

[webba_booking] – display booking form with all services.
[webba_booking service=”2″] – display booking form for the service with id 2.
[webba_booking category=”10″] – display booking form for the categories with id 10.

Hope this will help. Feel free to contact us again if you have questions.

    Dear Webba

Many thanks for the above which will help for the future and congratulations on a really superb system. I will be buying premium because my client wants the email side of the program.

    Best wishes
    Brian.

I’m sorry I have one other question. I’m on Basic Mode and have the booking form set up so that only one day is available so it makes sense if possible to suppress the monthly calendar and go straight to appointment times. I can’t see any way of doing that. Is it possible please?

Do you mean like on this example – https://event.webba-booking.com/ ?

    (“come to the birthday” service)

    Thread Starter briannie

    (@briannie)

No not exactly because the “birthday party” has no times but it is one day, which is fine. The “make an appointment” has times but offers more than one day.

The situation is my client is booked to attend a firm to offer massage services. The one day is fixed. Employees are asked to book a 10 minute slot during the day so I need the 10 minute slots but don’t need the calendar. If that is possible it would be ideal but if not then it’s not a disaster.

Yes, it’s possible. In the last version if you set the date range of service availability for one day (i.e. September 25 – September 25), the date field will not be displayed and you will see time slots just after the service selected. This feature is now available in the premium version and will be included in the lite version next week (usually we do an update of lite version a little later than premium).

    Dear Webba

I’ve now paid my money but I have not received a licence number. How do I install the premium product please. The download which is a zip file does not load into WP – it says failed – no plug in

    (@webba-agency)

    Hi,

You need to unpack the downloaded zip. Inside you will find the “Installation file” folder. Please install the plugin from the file located in “Installation file” folder.

I’ve now located the Purchase Code and entered it in the activation input and saved but I still can’t access the premium features.

    Please do the following:

    1. download version from Envato.
    2. unpack the zip localy.
    3. deactivate lite version (all your data will be saved).
    4. install the premium version with the file located in the “Installation file” folder.

I think I’m there – thank you again for your very prompt help. It’s a pity I can’t increase my review to six stars.
