• We purchased WCFM ultimate plugin. I submitted a support ticket on February 11th. Their website showing all support tickets until February 13th is attended. Then what happened to our February 11th one? Just leaving it unnoticed? This is the case with every support tickets we created so far.
    I really feel disappointed by purchasing their plugin. Total waste of time and money and on top of that leaving us frustrated.
