More than 499 redirects are not being stored

Basically put this code in an .htaccess file in /wp-admin

php_value max_input_vars 2000

And it will increase the amount you are allowed to save. Looks like the plugin author will have a fix in the next release but until then.

Am I understanding you correctly? We should create a 2nd htaccess file and place it in wp-admin? When I do that, it breaks everything in wp-admin. (All URLs are 404 errors).

Should this be added to the main htaccess file in the root folder instead?
