Is there a way to increase the number of products that appear on one page from 10 to 12? Since the products per row is 4, it leaves two products on the third row which makes it look like that is the end of the list. I would love to see three rows of four per page. Seems simple but I can’t find anywhere where this is set.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @earmsbyhpc

    Thanks for reaching out!

Firstly, I apologize for the delayed response.

I checked your site and confirmed that only 10 products are being displayed per page.

I changed the settings of my personal site (running on the default Storefront theme) to display four (4) products per row:

And this is the output on my end:

The layout of your category pages may vary depending on your theme or any third-party plugin present on your site.

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Let us know how it goes!

I finally resolved this and it was kind of a dumb thing. Only 10 products were showing per page even though I had things set to show 4 products per row in WooCommerce. The problem was that in the main settings of WordPress (Settings > Reading Settings) “Blog pages show at most” and “Syndication feeds show the most recent” were both set to 10. Once I changed those to 12, then the product category pages correctly show 12 products (3 rows of 4) as expected. Not sure which of those settings was the one that fixed the issue. Could set each back to 10 and then reset to 12 one at a time to see which effects WooCommerce products.

Posting here in case anyone runs into this issue.
