What if an employee works in two different locations?

An employee offers his service in places A and B, based on what the client chooses. Currently, I cannot offer the service on both locations at the same time which doesn’t make sense.

Eg I’m offering massage in New York and New Jersey Fridays from 8 am to 10 am. I want the client to choose the location. Once the client books a massage from 8:00 to 10:00, I cannot offer the service anymore at any place but I do want him to have the choice.

    Hopefully, that makes sence.

    Hi there,

This is because Amelia considers an employee to be physically at one location for the full shift, so they cannot be in 2 places at the same time.

You can try to override this by creating 2 employees who will be connected to the same Google Calendar, or Outlook Calendar (to prevent overbooking), and assigning one to one location and another employee to your second location.

    Kind regards.
