• Not sure if this is a bug or not, but some of us use the <!--more--> tag within our posts to create an excerpt for our blog page. However, if a View is created to Show Full Content, it only shows an excerpt and not the full post content if that post has a <!--more--> tag.

It seems to work correctly if a manual excerpt has been created. That is, if a post has a manual excerpt, and the View is set to Show Full Content, then the entire content of the post is displayed. It just doesn’t seem to work correctly with the <!--more--> tag.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,
    Thank you for contacting us.

That is the default behaviour of WordPress core.
On the single post page, it shows full content despite the <!--more--> tag.
On other places, it will respect the <!--more--> tag and show only the partial content before the tag.

    Best regards,
