"More" tag not working

Hi Ch123, the ‘more’ link is probably not working because the content blocks are not supposed to be accessed as a standalone page.

You could try changing lines 130 and 131 of the post-widget.php file to true:

'public' => true,
'publicly_queryable' => true,

Pardon my ignorance, (am pretty clueless with amending files etc), I can’t seem to find the post-widget.php file! Where can I find it? I’ve been doing a search and still can’t find it.

You can find the post-widget.php file in the plugin folder, which usually can be found here: /wp-content/plugins/custom-post-widget/
