More tag: change “Read rest of this entry” text

  • Hi…

    I’d like to change the More tag’s “Read rest of this entry” text.

    I assumed it’d be in the Single Post template

    <?php the_content('<p class="serif">Read the rest of this entry &raquo;
'); ?>

    but that doesn’t do anything.

    Still a WP novice. Hopefully not missing anything too obvious. Searching this forum but couldn’t find anything.

    WP 2.5 Any suggestions?
