More strict rules for admin accounts

Most bots target the “admin” user or other “administratorish” usernames. Running an e-commerce store I don’t want to lock out a lot of customers (experience shows they frequently lock themselves out due to our strict lockout policy).
Feature request: allow 2 sets of settings: for admin users and for normal users. So we can set more strict lockout-rules for admin users than normal users. E.g. max attempts for admin: 2 / for normal users: 6 etc
