More Social Network icons

Hello all,

First of all, thank you for this awesome free theme, it’s exactly what I was needed for my website, you saved me a lot of time.

I would like to know how to add more social network options.
What to include into functions.php, on the page template and everything needed for it to work like designed.
I don’t want to simple insert the code into template, but to make it like options inside Theme Options.
