More rules

  • hello, I have created a module of accessories for scooters and I have selected that it appears only in certain products, but then I would like to create a new, accessory module to be connected to other products, how can I? I can create a new checkbox but not a new product list in the Rules. thank you

    Hi there,

    If I understand correctly you want to create another set of addons for different products, in this case you can create a new option block create the addons and select those other products. In case you want it to display different addons depending on the variation you can set the condition to be displayed (set it for “a” or “b” variation) in the “Conditional Logic” tab for each addon as shown in this image.

    Thanks for your reply, the system you recommended is useful if I have to show some accessories on a product and others on its variation, but I would really like to show different accessories for different product categories. eg cat A has 3 kinds of accessories, Cat B only has 2 different ones.
    It can not be done?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, the conditional logic doesn’t allow to category as a condition. However, you can set a product block with the option desired and set that block to only display in a selected category or categories, in the Rules section. Here is an example.
