More results shows every article in the shop

  • Hello,

    if I search e.g. for an article with more than 7 suggestions, let it be 15, and click ‘More results’, I get displayed every item in my shop. Have tried other keywords too.

    Using the current version of Ajax Search for WC (not pro).

    Hello,

    Maybe there is a conflict with one of your plugins or theme.

    The best approach would be to deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue still occurs after each deactivation. Also, try to switch your theme to e.g. Storefront, and check if the issue may be related to the theme.

    This will help me determine if it’s not a compatibility issue and which plugin is the cause.

    I am having the same issue. If I type in a search term and hit enter, or if I select the all results link at the bottom, then it displays all products in the store. It happens with only WooCommerce and this plugin activated, so it is not a plugin conflict. It also happens with TwentyTwenty theme, so it is not a theme conflict.

    I’m having exactly the same issue with the Divi theme. It’s really weird as Divi is a popular theme.

    Did you manage to fix it ?

    I gave a try to storefront theme and it works fine but I definetely don’t want to use the storefront theme.
