(More …) Link to reduce full post size.

    I am new to WordPress and have been looking for a hack to reduce very long posts to 2 -3 paragraphs at the most.
    After the 3rd paragragh there would be a link that says (More …) or (Full Story …) to get the full post. I have looked through this site and cannot find a hack that allows for something like this. Any help would be great.

  • Once you are registered, I suspect you cannot post without a password. Try something similar to the username…

    It will let you post without a password as long as the name is not registered already.

    but the anti-spam is for ip not for user name

    Question on something else. Is there a way when a reader clicks on “more” it simply expands the entry instead of opening it on a new screen? Then the could click a “close it back up” feature.
    MT had that…. and it was nice because people didn’t have to use their “back” buttons. But trust me, I’m not complaining, myself, over WP. This software is… awesome!
