    1. No back option in my tickets page
    2. in submit-ticket page the product field displays all the product we have. need to show only particular products only and also no back or cancel option in this page. since we use woocommerce it displays all the products from it.

    3. No LOGOUT option in the pages(every).
    and

    4. attachement PDF files are not opening.

    Hi,

    The only issue here seems to be #4.

    1. We already have this under consideration
    2. Unfortunately there is no option to limit the products displayed. They’re all synchronized. If this really is a problem you might have to disable the synchronization and manage products manually
    3. We currently have no plan to add a logout link

    Regarding #4, could you please give a bit more details.

    They’re all synchronized. If this really is a problem you might have to disable the synchronization and manage products manually
    – How to create manually instead of syncronising everything steps required.

    We currently have no plan to add a logout link
    – If added it will be better

    Regarding #4, could you please give a bit more details.
    – attachement PDF files are not opening. ie. we used to attach the image files and pdf files for reply in ticket raising in that it (PDF) files aren’t opening..

    So are you saying only PDF files won’t open? Can you open other file types correctly?

    Regarding the products sync, there is unfortunately no option for that (maybe we should add one), so you’ll have to manually edit one file: /awesome-support/includes/integrations/loader.php

    Go to line 7 (https://github.com/Awesome-Support/Awesome-Support/blob/master/includes/integrations/loader.php#L7) and comment out or remove the two lines related to WooCommerce.

    After that, you’ll need to manually add your products in your admin (Tickets > Products).
