More information, please

I can’t see how to use this. I don’t see any button or link to create an alert.

It needs more information about how to use it. The screenshot shows a panel saying “Insert Alert Box”, but how do you get that panel to open?

There doesn’t seem to be a link.

I see the screenshot showing that you can add an alert to a post. Can it also add alerts to pages?
