Hello, can you please give me advise how to resolve my problem?
On my events page https://eenzaamheidalkmaar.nl/events/ the button “info” does not work. It’s loading the same page.
I disabled all the plugins, checked the permalink settings (post).
The link in the titel does works normal. So it’s only the button that does not work!

  • Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Seems like some extensive customization were done on your site to our plugins. That may be what’s affecting things.

Have you tried switching to any of the default WordPress themes to see if you still encounter the issue you mentioned?

    Best regards,

    Marho

Yes indeed, Divi Events Calendar is based upon your plugin. The button is part of their customization. I will ask them support.
    Thanks

    Hi there,

Thanks for the update! Since it sounds like a third-party vendor is responsible for the button at issue, we’ll go ahead and mark this topic as resolved.

If you have any other questions about The Events Calendar, feel free to open a new topic here and we’ll take a look.

    Best regards,
    Leland
