More fields for job description?

What would be a recommended approach to get two or three additional fields (searchable together with the now one existing field) for the job description?
Are there existing hooks in the plugin which I could use? If not (yet), could you add some hooks/filters in backend/shortcode so things like this can be added by third party plugins?
The result should be more or less something similar to plugin “Secondary HTML Content”, not yet tested in combination with “WP Job Manager”.
