I really like the plugin, but there are a few extra things I need with my form in order to keep it. I’m just wondering if there’s a way to do things like: add ratings, add multiple images, and possibly add more than one different form to my site. It looks like this is just a basic form, but it is still quite good, so I’ve got my fingers crossed for customisation.
