More familiar “Reply to review” feature

Hello. Your plugin is really awesome and has a lot of features. Unfortunately, it is lacking of more untuitive reply to review feature. Just like we all used to see in comments, simple “Reply” button under each reviev would be perfect. So buiseness owners and other users can chat under each reviev easilly without going to admin section, which they may be never seen before, it is just confusing for them. Maybe you have plans to add that in near future? I really do not want to go for other plugin, I like yours, but this feature is really cruicial.
P.S Also, voting for review, like thumbs up and down buttons, would be usefull as well ??
