    Hello Team

I have recently started using mailpoet for Opt in forms and sending automated emails to my customers. I am using the free plan right now but i have few questions before I think of upgrading it.

1- Are there more email templates available in the paid version because the free ones are not of my use.. if not then is there a way we can import an external Static and Dynamic email template for using?

2- The Coupon emails are going to spam of the customer which is not good because it reduces the trust value. Can you share if the paid plan makes it right or there is something else needed to be done.

    thank you

    Hi there @thecolourfulaura,

Just to clarify, the paid plans include a MailPoet Premium plugin which adds extra functionality like detailed statistics and advanced segmentation, however it does not add extra email templates or affect deliverability.

Regarding the templates, it’s possible to save/export/import template as described in our guide below, however they need to be in a specific supported format. In other words, you can’t just import templates from other services or platforms — it would need to be a MailPoet template:
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/142-mailpoet-email-templates

Those templates that come with the plugin are meant to be starting points, with a variety of different styles. However, they are meant to be customized and updated with your own content, images, etc. If the designs don’t meet your vision, then you would likely need to create your own templates/designs, or else hire a designer to create ones that match what you envision.

As for the emails going to spam, as a first step I’d recommend setting up authentication for your domain as described here:

We have additional advice to avoid having emails go to spam here:

    Hi there @thecolourfulaura,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
