More domains to 1 WordPress site

i would simply create dns pointers for the domains that you’d like to use to point to the main site.

Yes, that’s what i did.

Both https://www.leau.net and https://www.cogmios.nl have the same DNS entries. And if i type https://www.leau.net i actually end up at the root/wp screen BUT if it type https://www.leau.net/whatever it shows me an empty screen.

Why this empty screen?

anyone?

WP is working only with 1 domain name specified in Options > General.

After some research i found out is caused by the WP-CACHE.

When i type “www.leau.net/redsmaflkd” it shows me an empty screen

When i then just press refresh it shows me the 404 page.

However when i turn off wp-cache it immediately shows me the 404 page.

I have to dive further in wp-cache for this.

you can point the main domain — like https://www.somethingelse.com to https://www.your-real-site.com BUT, things like somethingelse.com/whatever aren’t going to work.

another thought, using more than one domain for the same content is frowned upon by search engines anyway, so I’m not sure what you’re trying to gain, if you’re simply changing domain names, etc, the simple dns pointer should be fine.
