More descriptive database table names possible?

Hello, I’ve found this plugin to be very helpful with one of my clients who has a business with new franchises opening every few months. So thank you.

Is there a way to set it up so the database table names are a bit more descriptive? For example, we started with wp_ then went to wp_2_, wp_3_, … wp_12_, wp_13_ and so on.

Can we create sites so the database tables start with something that can more easily be assocaite with the site? For example wp_main_, wp_windsor_, wp_eastgranby_, wp_alexandria_ and so on?
