More Checkbox positions options

Hi,

At the moment I struggle a lot to get the signup position on the desired place in the checkout. The current positions are too general and places it between the checkout blocks, in stead in the form itself. Any custom placement with a function is not working and JS won’t work due to AJAX load in the checkout. Could you consider to add more dropdown options, take this visual hook guide as a good approach:

But also for example woocommerce_checkout_after_terms_and_conditions would make a lot of sense, due to the fact that there are the checkboxes where customers agree: https://snipboard.io/zK6JYo.jpg
