I am using Stout, a child theme of Primer and the “more” tag will not work.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
    Thank you,
    Gina

  • I am not able to reproduce this issue, the more tag does work and cuts off the content showing a “Continue reading” button which directs you to the single post template where the full content can be read.

If you have additional info we’d be happy to take another look!

    Hi Frankie,
I am not sure how you got it to work or how you can get it to work on my site but I have tried everything and it enters the more code but does nothing else.
    Any ideas?
    Thank you,
    Gina

Hi @gobabynetwork, please provide us with a list of all the active plugins on your site. There might be a conflict going on somewhere.

    Here you go:
    Beaver Builder Booster
    Clef
    Contact Widgets
    Limit Login Attempts
    Ninja forms
    Ultimate Social Media PLUS

    Thank you!
Also, is there an easy way to fix the alignment on the pages? The data seems to load left justified instead of centered on the monitor.

    Hi @gobabynetwork,

So far I am not able to reproduce the problem and the “more tag” is still working for me inside the post content.

To change the post layout, go to the post edit screen and change the selection in the “Layout” meta box.

@gobabynetwork, the Read More button does not work with the Beaver Builder. You can find this in the Beaver Builder change log (date 1/17/17).
