More, and Comment jump down not working correctly.

I have seen posts on this but haven’t found an answer that really explains what I need to change.

When “read more” is clicked, the page jumps down to the middle of comments section when It shouldn’t jump at all (or at least I don’t want it to jump at all).

When “comments” are clicked it also jumps to the middle of comments not to the comment form at the bottom. I either need it to go to comments at the bottom, or disable it from jumping completely then I can move my coment form to the top of the comments list.

If you could tell me what code I need to change, and in what file that would be great, or link me to where I can read what I need to do. Thank you.
