Moosend not showing up inside form

activated moo elementor plugin + elementor. but when i add a form inside elementor there is no moosend option to select. tried on several installs but no chance to get it working or showing up anywhere. moosend themself tested and also didnt find any problem or why this is happening to me.
now i am trying here and hopefully will get a solution. ??
