Months old errors still not fixed

  • Today I ran into the same error, user “bord1” had five months ago: I cannot see the settings site because <div id=”wplc-chat-container” style=”display: none”>.
    Another issue is my access blocking. The wp-admin directory is blocked with a password but as soon as I activate the plugin suddenly the whole website is locked with the password. This makes the plugin totally useless for me.

    your issues seems to be the result of a conflict with another plugin or your theme or of a firewall rule which prevents the proper loading of 3CX Live chat plugin files.

    We continuously work on find and solve these kind of conflicts. Please send us an email to [email protected] with the list of the plugins installed in your WordPress in order to proceed with further investigation.
