Monthly View calendar pop-ups show different time

I’ve been using this calendar and the pop-ups on the monthly view are showing the time for events with one minute less. So an event scheduled from 6:00 – 7:15 shows up as 6:00 – 7:14 on the pop-ups for the event on the monthly calendar view.

Any insight as to why this is or how to make these pop-ups match the scheduled time would be greatly appreciated.
