    I recently changed the sign-up process on my website where new sign-ups do not have to enter their payment details until after their free trial comes to an end. At this point the user will have to manually enter their payment details to become a full subscriber/member.

    My question with this is that when they enter their payment details, will they automatically be charged at the end of every month (which is what I want) OR will they have the manually pay every time their paid month comes to an end?

    Someone who has just gone through this process and successfully entered their payment details after their free trial has come to an end, however, their payment method states “Via Manual Renewal”

    Thanks for reaching out on the WooCommerce forum.

    Which plugin/extension are you using to manage subscriptions? Can you share a copy of your System Status so we can have a better idea of your configuration? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
