Monthly payment not done

    Hello,
    We installed the free version of Yith WooC Subscription at December, and set in one product.
    We have only had one purchase, on January 2nd via PayPal, but we have verified that the monthly payment for February has not been made, just to know what the problem may be or what to check.

    We are considering purchasing the WooC-Subscription license for more advanced options (for our future client projects), but before it we would like to know this simple one works fine, and if it’s compatible.

    If it’s relevant, when going to the subscription tab (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=yith_woocommerce_subscription&tab=subscriptions), we cannot click at the unique subscription registered, it appears as active, monthly… but not clickable to check more details about it. Is it normal, or how it works?

    Hello,
    the details of each subscription are not enabled inside the free version of plugin.

    About the payment, please, check your PayPal dashboard to see if PayPal charged your customer. It is PayPal that should be send the IPN to YITH Subscription Plugins that then will register the renew payment.
