Monthly leave accrual

  • Hi there:

    I have a policy at my org that each employee accrues holidays monthly, and at different rates (i.e. new employee accrues 1 day/month, 10 year employee accrues 2 days/month, etc), if that makes sense.

    Is there a way that I can create (a) leave entitlements that accrue on a monthly (rather than yearly) basis, and (b) custom ones for different numbers of days? Thanks!

    You got option to assign policy to different department. Please Go to the leave Policy and you will find the different option available.
