Monthly charges of US$70

I have been charged monthly charges for TI Wishlist of US$70 for the past 3 months. I am not able to login to change my billing and I have requested password resets with no reset emails sent to me to resolve this issue. Require assistance to stop the charges. The API License email is [email protected] is the same as the email requesting reset and no emails are being received.
