Monthly Calendar just lost all events for the next 30 days

  • Just upgraded the Event Manager to 5.5.1 and all my events for the next 30 days are gone! Seems like somewhere in the code is confused about what the current month is. It is Aug 29 now, but the monthly calendar is showing events starting September 29!

    I also have WPFullCalendar plugin installed, not sure if it is a problem with the WPFullCalendar plugin.

    This is a calendar for a school, hopefully someone can give me a solution before school starts. Thank you!

    have they disappeared only from the calendar?

    chances are you need to update to WPFC 0.8.4 as well

    Yes, I did update both plugins at the same time. That’s why I don’t know which is the culprit. I have reverted back the changes as it is on a live site for our school. I will see if I can replicate it on my staging area and post a link here.

    It seems to happen only in the full calendar but ok in the event list. All the different views (month, week, day) are missing the next 30 days of events.

    I have the same problem (posted in another post). My September is gone as are December and January.

    We are a public library and have many events. I’m hopeful that this can get fixed quickly!!!

    Here is a link to my staging site. If you click on the ‘Calendar’ menu item, you’ll notice that the Sept 3 event is not showing up. I do have the latest Event Manager and WPFullCalendar plugins.

    not a solution but i updated EM and WPFC at same time and all my events on three different sites appear intact,

    Yes. The events are still there in the system, just that the full calendar view (monthly, weekly and daily) not showing some events. As a matter of fact, the Event List shortcode/widget still picks up all the events properly.

    This morning I installed the updates for Events Manager and WP FullCalendar. I noticed that my September, December, and January events would not display on the my calendar. I deleted 0.8.4 and installed 0.8.3 and now everything is working fine. Please find and fix the problems in 0.8.4. This product truly is great!

    If you add a new event, does that display correctly?

    it seems like a few users are getting this problem with the latest WPFC (not sure why as none of my test sites get this, including our demo site).

    some EM pro users also reported this so we’ll investigate and fix it on their sites and release an update soon after.
