Month View: How to start with "Sun" instead of "Mon" with [shortcode]

This is excellent calendar plugin!! I have read over documentation and php documentation…but am uncertain how to make simple change:
To have the [eo_fullcalendar] month view start with “Sun” instead of “Mon”.
I have tried [eo_fullcalendar columnformatmonth=’N’] and columnformatmonth=’w’.
Is this change even possible? Thanks so much!
