    We are using Complainz for cookie compliance and Monsterinsights for analytics. It seems like Complainz is not compatible with Monsterinsights. With Complianz enabled some of the eCommerce tracking is not working. I have reached out to Monsterinsights and they are saying it is because of how the Complianz plugin changes their script loading – by moving it from the page header to the footer. Is there an easy way to load the scripts in the header so Monsterinsights tracking features work and your plugin functionality is kept?

    Hi @condusivmarketing,

    There’s an integration with MonsterInsights, which does the following;

    If the integration is enabled under Integrations – Plugins, you can configure analytics in MonsterInsights. Based on your questions in Complianz, it will pre configure it for your if you will use privacy settings.

    eCommerce settings however are always blocked before consent, as they contain events that are not categorized as functional, nor statistics, but as Marketing or sharing data with Google Analytics as a third-party.

    This means analytics should work before consent if the settings are correct, but eCommerce will only trigger after consent.

    Is this the case and you want eCommerce to trigger always, or doesn’t eCommerce work after consent?

    regards Aert
