Monsterinsight Authentication

Hi
I am using the free version of Monsterinsight on my WordPress website but I can’t connect to Monsterinsight and I receive this:

“The following error occurred during authentication:
Your site is already authenticated into MonsterInsights, but we couldn’t fix the authentication of https://www.letsvisitpersia.com for you. Please contact our support team and we will be happy to help you resolve this issue.”

I also manually entered UA Code, GA4 Measurement ID, and Measurement Protocol API Secret but nothing happen.

I deactivate and removed the plugin and re-installed it again but the same error.
