monster Insights now reading traffic to site

    Hello, for some reason monster insights isn’t reading traffic to my sight. drcombs.com. I’ve tried reconnecting it and it says everything is good to go but I won’t record any traffic still.

    Hi there,
    It can take up to 24 hours from the time of authentication for the reports to begin populating

    Understood. The thing is I installed it 3 weeks ago. I’ve reconnected it again today and so I’ll check tomorrow. But I have a feeling it still won’t work.

    Also of note, you have both ExactMetrics and MonsterInsights installed. Having more than one Google Analytics plugin installed is likely going to cause issues.

    Oh wow. Thank you Chris! I will remove the other one immediately! How did you know that? I’m new to this forum thing and so far it’s amazing thanks to people like you!

    Checking the source output of websites for double ua codes has become a habit after many years, it’s something a lot of people end up doing unintentionally, and then we find out about it later when they come to us with either no traffic or double traffic, so it’s something I just check all the time since the earlier our team or our WPBeginner family members can catch it, the better.
