Trying to go into the setup for the plugin I get this error message and the instruction to post it here:

Uncaught SyntaxError: The requested module ‘./SlideDownUp-22e11cf5.min.js’ does not provide an export named ‘S’

This is on WordPress 6.4.3, Elementor 3.19.3, OceanWP

Have deleted and re-installed the plugin, no issue on any other website with the same setup.

    Hi @robnicol24,

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry about the trouble here.

If you log into your website in an incognito/private browsing window of your web browser, and attempt to access your reports that way, does the same issue occur?

If you’re able to view your reports without issue, then it’s likely there’s a browser extension causing a conflict with MonsterInsights. Please follow the steps to resolve this in our guide here: https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/fix-javascript-error/

If you continue to experience the same error, our team would be happy to take a closer look if you could reach out to us using the form included within the guide.

    Thanks so much!

Thanks for the fast response… yes Incognito worked. No extensions enabled but after clearing cache for the last 24 hours and restart the browser (Chrome) everything is back to normal.
