mono-lab site based on WordPress?

Hi All

I know a lot of people are using the mono-lab created themes (monochrome & Piano Black) but I was wondering if anyone can tell me if the mono-lab site itself is based on Word Press.

I’m really interested in trying to achieve the same layout and navigation as they have on their site.

I’ve tried contacting them directly about this but unfortunately my Japanese is non-existent!
