Monkey Rewards Logo not going away

    Hi

    Thanks for the easy to use plugin… i just want to know one thing.

    I have disabled the monkey rewards in my MC account and unchecked the box in your plugin, but the confirmation email/opt-in email still has the MC logo.

    Please help
