    Hi!

How long was the site down for? Did you check your spam messages in case the monitor emails got sent there?

Yes, I cheked in spam. The site had been down for like a day. When the monitor was working, it detected even 4 minutes of down, so I don’t know what is going on.

Hmm. Right now, on our end, we think your site is down. I also noticed that it’s showing the Mobile them eright now. Here’s what I suspect: we stopped sending you emails because it looks like your site is permanently down, due to some conflict with the site’s caching.

To fix the problem with the mobile theme, look at this:

I suspect we can fix the Monitor issue as well. Try adding jetmon as a user-agent as well. If that doesn’t seem to trigger a change, then well try "jetmon/1.0 (Jetpack Site Uptime Monitor by WordPress.com)

Really? It is showing the mobile theme?? That’s strange. Thanks for the tip, but we have not installed WPTouch!

I did what you said about adding jetmon and I will wait until I realise if it works or not.

    Thank you.

    It was yesterday, for me.

Thanks for the tip, but we have not installed WPTouch!

True, but you ARE using a caching plugin, and Jetpack’s mobile theme, so the same principle applies.

Let me know how things turn out!

Yes. We are using W3 Total Cache. I did what you say so. Please tell me if you are still viewing the mobile theme.

    Thank you.

Nope, I don’t see it anymore. The way the caching works, I would only have seen it if someone else had just viewed your site on mobile.

    Ok, thanks.

By the way, yesterday the site was down for some minutes and I didn’t receive any notification.

    Thank you.

The site is down right now since 3 hours ago and I’m not receiving the alerts. What could it be?

[Moderator Note: No bumping, thank you.]
