    Hi @medway,

I’ve checked your site and I can see the plugin fine on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. I suspect it could be an adblocker or antivirus on your machine that is block the plugin from displaying. Please try turning off any adblock or antivirus extensions or applications and see if that makes a difference

    Thanks

Thank you Cameron, you are correct I deleted adblocker made no difference exited virus checker in my my case Kaspersky and Mongoose plugin worked.

However, this does leave a problem that most potential clients of this website probably have a virus checker installed.

So is there something that can be done to make Mongoose acceptable to virus checkers?

Unfortunately there’s nothing I can do about anti virus software. If you’re running software that is blocking Facebook scripts from running, then any plugin like this one that relies on access to Facebook will not work. Users have the right to control their browsing experience and there isn’t a way to technically get around it either
