    Paid for Media Cleaner Pro, created account on meowapps.com, but can not login, nor get the product that i bought.

    Hi,

    First, your money can’t be wasted, you can be refunded whatever the reason is.

    Second, when you buy the product, you get an e-mail and you can download the product. Nobody got any troubles with it yet, so maybe it’s in your SPAM, or something else has happened, anyway, I noticed you contacted me 15mn ago via the Support Page so I will reply to you.

    Anyway, you do not need to worries ?? Cheers.

    Well, thanks for this answer. I tried to contact you earlier: see the email below, but without success. The problem is – I paid for the product, created the account on your website, but can not neither login nor get the product. No notification received to my email account. What should I do?

    Sorry, I only check my emails every one hour, so I didn’t notice yours (as it was only 20 minutes ago). But I have replied to you now, please check.

    I am not using Typeform anymore, so I am not sure what to say about the message above, but I will check. If there are links to this form, I should update them. The only right way to contact me is through meowapps.com/support ??
