    When choosing the pick-up point on the map for Mondial Relay, the following error appears: Error: Generic service error. This error may be due to a technical issue with the service. Please notify this error to Mondial Relay by specifying the date and time of the request as well as the parameters sent in order to perform a verification.

    How can I solve it?
