    Hi,

    Since 1,5 month, all SEPA payments do not change the order status back in WooCommerce to “afgerond” but the are all “in behandeling”.
    What can I do?

    Hi Bas

    It’s normal that orders go to “In behandeling” or “Processing” in English. That’s the default behaviour of WooCommerce. If this worked differently for you in the past, maybe you had a plugin or setting that did this? Can you review your site and make sure?

    Orders are normally only set to Afgerond or Completed manually by the shop-owner.

    Hi David,

    Before it was set automatically to completed when an recurring payment was paid.
    Otherwise I have to check all the SEPA payments by hand to see if they are paid.

    Maybe it depends on the product? This product is a variable subscription, but virtual and downloadable. I saw some problems with this before that the status didn’t go to complete after payment eventho it’s a virtual product.

    There is a difference between the order notes and the order status. There should always be a order note saying “Bestelling afgerond met SEPA-incasso”. If you have orders where that doesn’t happen can you share your logs?

    WooCommerce > System status > Logs > mollie-payments-for-woocommerce
