Mollie payments expire too soon

    Hi,

    Two weeks back we launched a new site. This uses Pronamic for the payments with Mollie.
    In the configuration I’ve set the expire to 31 days.
    But some expire in minutes. While I also have pending payments since friday.

    In mollie we allow banktransfer and Ideal.
    Some expired have an ideal icon others not.

    Can you help me?

    The due date setting is only applicable for payments using the bank transfer payment method. For other payment methods, please refer to the documentation of Mollie at https://docs.mollie.com/docs/status-change#expiry-times-per-payment-method for expiry times.

    I’m not sure what caused the ‘Mislukt’ (failed) status for the payment of your screenshot (I’d advise to check the timeline of this payment in the Mollie dashboard), but as the payment has expired in +/- 15 minutes after it was started, this is probably an iDEAL payment.

    But some expire in minutes.

    Are you sure they really get the ‘expire’ status this quick or is there something else happening? According to the mentioned documentation, the shortest expiry time is 15 minutes.

    While I also have pending payments since friday.

    I assume these are the bank transfer payments, with the 31 days expiry time.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
    Priorities changed (this is down) but I will take a look at your suggestions when this comes back up.
    And followup will probably be with Mollie
