    I installed mollie plugin to woocommerce.

    • I have a mollie account all ok
    • I activated and deactivated the plugin several times but Mollie setting and mollie payment options did not appear on WooCommerce Payment Methods.
    • There is nothing in Log file.

    WordPress 6.1.1 , Mollie Plugin 7.3.4, Woocommerce 7.3.0

    All other payment plugins coinbase, adyen, stripe working successfully except Mollie.

    Any Idea?

    Did you already check your Mollie profile and checked if any payment methods are enabled in their Mollie profile?
    This would be my first guess on this issue. You can check the Mollie site under your account under: Mollie Dashboard, Settings > Website Profiles > Payment methods

    I am not sure if we understand the situation correctly. Are you missing these payment methods in the front- or backend?

    If this is in the frontend, then the issue can be caused by something like the currency that is being used. When you are using an unsupported currency like GBP, most of the Mollie payment methods would not appear on the Checkout page.

    It might be best to open a private ticket with our support team, so we can easily gather details for investigating this issue. You can find the instruction for this here: https://mollie.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

    Hi @joostvandevijver,

    I did turn on all payment methods that are relevant to my shop in our Mollie dashboard, however, SEPA incasso does not activate although I tried to turn it on / off several times. I also hit “vernieuwen” within mollie plugin for woocommerce in the settings. https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuWOAZz

    Any idea what is wrong? I asked Mollie and they told us to inquire here. Also FYI, we currently installed wpswings subscription plugin.
