    Hello @demian85

Please check that this payment option has not been restricted to specific countries.

You will find this option when you edit the payment option > “Sales countries”

    Hi @femiyb

Sorry to mention this initially, this was the first thing I checked, because it looks like indeed, but this is not the case.

    Hello @demian85

Thanks for confirming that. I tested and could not reproduce this on my side. In that case, you may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?Mollie Payments for WooCommerce to see if the behavior persists.

Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: How to test for conflicts
Please let us know how this works out for you.

    Regards,
    Femi.

I went to a default theme Storefront and it doesn’t seem to work there. However, it is an Ajax call created by Mollie (it does a validity check) and removes the method. Theme says that I should contact you, it’s a woocommerce theme.

    Hello @demian85

It seems like the issue you’re encountering with the Mollie Overboeking payment method disappearing after Ajax reload might be related to the expiry time configuration for Bank Transfers. Adjusting or removing the expiry setting can resolve the issue.

    Here’s what you can try:

    1. Check if there’s an expiry time set for the Bank Transfer method.
    2. If there is, try removing it and see if that helps.

Let me know if this works or if you need further assistance!

    Regards,
    Femi.

    Hi @femiyb

Yes, this seems to be the problem. We set a different day count for Expiry Time. Isn’t this a bug?
