• Hello, under site health > active plugins, mojo marketplace is listed. however, I never installed this plugin.

if I go to plugins: active, must-use, drop-ins, mojo marketplace is not listed so there is no way for me to deactivate and delete.

mojo marketplace is causing invalid markups with amp on all of my urls. how can I delete the plugin if I have not installed it?

my domain is caticles.com. Thank you!

    Hiya,

It’s not unlikely that your hosting provider has partnered with Mojo Marketplace (I know some hosts have), and that the plugin is set to be hidden from the plugin screens.

The Health Check reports would, depending on how the Mojo plugin is set up, not hide this information, and that si why it is showing up there and nowhere else.

I see. thank you for your response.

Is there any way I can deactivate or delete? It’s causing many invalid markup issues with amp. thanks again.

You would have to reach out to your hosting provider to look into that, if it’s bundled by them.

It may also be that it’s bundled by a plugin or theme that you are currently using, if it was purchased from that site, in which case you should reach out to the author of that plugin or theme specifically to have it resolved.
